After the success of FOCUS BALCANI, which took place in autumn 2013 also thanks to the contribution of Regione Lombardia, the new season opens with a focus on German artists.
Among the infinite number of possible proposals coming from a country as attentive to theatre and culture as Germany, ZONA K has chosen a small but significant selection of projects that are particularly innovative and effective in terms of attention to the present and analysis of the reality that surrounds us.
The main theme of the entire focus, as of the PLAY-K(ei) season, is the relationship between art and reality, in particular urban reality, and the ability of art to look at, describe and act on reality.

Focus Germany is part of Milano Cuore d’Europa, the multidisciplinary cultural programming dedicated to the European identity of our city also through the figures and movements that, with their history and artistic production, have contributed to building its European citizenship and cultural dimension.
Per il terzo anno consecutivo ZONA K ha proposto PLAY-K(ids) rassegna culturale di incontri, laboratori, spettacoli, film dedicata a più generazioni.
Un grazie speciale va a tutti coloro che hanno partecipato, come pubblico e come ospiti!
PLAY-K(ids) è come un gioco in scatola al quale possono partecipare tutti da 0 a 99 anni, propone un nuovo modo di stare insieme.
PLAY-K(ids) crede che la cultura non sia solo per gli adulti e che la trasmissione di sapere, memoria, esperienza sia un meraviglioso modo per imparare e crescere, così come condividere idee impressioni, progetti e stupore dei più giovani sia un incredibile stimolo creativo per gli adulti.
Per non dimenticare che “è molto più facile imparare ridendo” – come diceva Gianni Rodari – e che la cultura può essere anche gioco, PLAY-K(ids) affianca gli incontri con laboratori creativi, spettacoli, film, giochi e movimento. Dove saranno i più piccoli a trasmettere entusiasmo, curiosità, libertà agli adulti.
Una domenica al mese, da novembre 2013 a maggio 2014, PLAY K(ids) invita artisti, giornalisti, scrittori, personaggi della cultura e della scienza facendoli chiacchierare con un pubblico di bambini, ragazzi e adulti. Un confronto inusuale di idee ed età diverse. Quest’anno con noi: ART TOO, de.de.p design democratico e partecipato, la Comunità Croata in Italia – Milano, i TAKLA Improvising Group, Manuel Buda, Alex Corlazzoli, Luca Micheli con Sabrina Tinelli e Sara Zambotti di RAI Radio 2, Giorgio Häusermann e il Giardino della Scienza, Viola Cajo De Cristoforis, Marianna Corte e Gabriella Panigoni.
